📦 Shipping

Premade items ship within 2–3 business days.
Made-to-order items take 5–10 business days to create before shipping.
Shipped via USPS First-Class Mail with tracking (emailed when available).
Flat $4 shipping; orders $50+ ship free!

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges accepted only for damaged or defective items.
Email within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We cannot accept returns for custom items or change-of-mind orders.

✨ Custom Orders

Full custom orders aren’t available at this time.
You’re welcome to reach out with color or style requests!
Future custom slots may open depending on demand.

Hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry.
Avoid wringing or twisting to preserve the shape and texture.
