• Premade items usually ship within 2–3 business days.
• Made-to-order items may take 5–10 business days to create before shipping.
• Shipping times begin after the item has been made and packed.
• Orders are shipped with tracking when available.
• Flat $4 shipping; orders $50+ ship free.

🚫 Cancellations

Because items are handmade and inventory is limited, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is submitted. Please review your cart and shipping details carefully before checkout.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted only for damaged or defective items.
• Please email within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
• Custom, made-to-order, or change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

✨ Custom Orders

• Full custom orders are not available at this time.
• You may reach out with color or style requests, but requests are not guaranteed.
• Future custom slots may open depending on availability and demand.

🧼 Care Instructions

• Hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry.
• Avoid wringing or twisting to preserve the shape and texture.
• Keep away from rough surfaces, pets, and items that may snag the yarn.
